Memorial Day: Honor fallen comrades with a patriotic BBQ at home or head out to the beach for a day of relaxation and fun. Memorial Day weekend also features music festivals such as Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza.

May is a month full of celebration. Whether you're gearing up for Memorial Day or celebrating National Volunteer Week, there's plenty to do in May. Here are some of our favoriteevents and activities to kick off the month:
Memorial Day: America's national holiday, Memorial Day commemorates the men and women who have died in service to our country. There are numerous events and ceremonies happening throughout May to commemorate those who have died in combat, such as a military parade in Washington, D.C., or a service at a local cemetery.
National Volunteer Week: From teaching children about environmentalism to helping seniors with their groceries, Volunteering is important! This week celebrates the importance of volunteering by offering discounts on manyitems including travel, food and more.
International Women's Day: March 8th marks International Women's Day, an annual day dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women worldwide.Events and activitiesto occur this year include rallies and marches, panel discussions and workshops organized by various NGOs around the world.
June
June is a great month to celebrate Memorial Day and Independence Day! There are also plenty of other holidays to celebrate, like Father's Day, Mother's Day, and Labor Day. Here are some ideas for celebrating June:
Memorial Day: Spend the day honoring the men and women who have served in the United States military. There are plenty of events and activities available throughout the day.
Independence Day: Celebrate America's independence from Great Britain with a barbecue or picnic. Fireworks can be enjoyed late in the night.
Father's Day: Celebrate fathers everywhere with BBQs, picnics, and golf outings. Give dads creative gift ideas too, like a custom-made grill or a new tool set.
Mother's Day: Show your mom how much you appreciate her by cooking her favorite meal or taking her on a romantic outing. Surprise her with flowers or chocolates on this special day.
July
July is traditionally the hottest month of the year, so make sure to keep your holiday preparations close to your chest! Here are some tips on how to celebrate July like a pro:
1. Get outdoors and enjoy the sunniest day of the month. Go for a walk or bike ride, or take a picnic lunch and head to a nearby park.
2. Celebrate Independence Day with some BBQing and fireworks. Make sure to have plenty of cold drinks and snacks on hand in case things get too rowdy!

4. Fall is one of my favorite seasons, so plan your festivities around that fact! Celebrate pumpkin patches, apple picking, hay rides—anything that gets you into autumn mode!
5. Finally, don't forget about December! There's always plenty of fun going on around here including Christmas parties, holiday concerts, and of course—the Christmas parade!
